Waking was pretty normal - about what I expected.

Wasn't too hungry skipping breakfast, but started to get hungry close to lunch time.

My wife and I went to Sunday School. Only skipping one meal, it was pretty easy to be my normal self with others.

Took the wife for a walk at a local mall just before noon. I felt weak and dizzy. I was able to walk and talk, but I am used to feeling like I could run a marathon at the drop of a hat. I imagine this is the price of no longer having cheap calories floating around in my blood all the time.

Came home and took a nap. Slept about 3 hrs. This is unusual for me, since I don't usually nap.

After my nap, I watched some youtube and read articles for a few hours. There's a feeling of a persistent light fog. Watching a video on instant ramen variations made me a little hungry, but not ravenous.

Of the articles I read, this one stood out:

I wanted to mount my breaker box near my Tesla Home Charger, but I think I'll put it off until tomorrow.

A few folks asked me to keep a journal. Among the things they asked me to monitor:

  • Impact of hunger
  • Energy/Concentration levels
  • Sleep quality/quantity & sleepiness
  • Waking/Pre-Sleep disposition
  • Accomplishments
  • Interpersonal interactions
