Woke up a few minutes before the alarm.
Wasn't that hungry in the morning.
Split a nuun tablet with my wife for breakfast.
Went to the gym:
Worked 7+ hrs. After stand up, spent 40 or so minutes troubleshooting an issue (didn't finish). Then, spent 5 hrs doing planning w/ the other Principal Software Engineer on my team. Focus was slightly off, but not bad. Went to a 1hr meeting afterwards to coordinate team dependencies.
After that meeting, I was pretty drained - although spending this much time interacting w/ others often does this to me.
Left work to come home early. Hoped to miss most of the traffic, but still spent about 30+ mins getting home.
Laid in bed and watched some Netflix for about an hour, plus took a nap.

Had a low level of hunger most of the day. Not bad, but it was slightly persistent.
A few folks asked me to keep a journal. Among the things they asked me to monitor:
