Woke up before the alarm. Today is the last day. My normal Sat/Sun alarm is 7:15a - wife likes that, but I woke up about 5:30a. I tried for another 20 minutes to get back to sleep, but got up and went to study for this MIT online course on probability and statistics.
Split a nuun tablet with my wife for breakfast.

After coming home, laid down and took a nap/watched Netflix.
My wife and I went about 5pm to a local grocery store and got chicken soup, salad, 3.5% milkfat organic plain kefir, and herbed brussel sprouts. I watered down the soup 1:1 with organic free range chicken stock and we ate.
The food wasn't exactly tastier than normal, but I could feel the energy coming back into my bones. My wife agreed to try eating inside a 4 hour window, which for me basically means 1 meal plus a few snacks per day. I ate a little bit more than I probably should have, but definitely made an effort to keep it below a regrettable level.
At 163 of 168 hours, I didn't feel bad stopping just shy of 1 week, since I don't want my eating cycle to be so late in the evening going forward.
